Service Description

A customized training program based on your skill level- whether you are a total beginner or have some experience with lash extensions, I will work with you personally to develop your skill and knowledge so that you can walk away confident to start your new career. Guidance will be available even after your training is complete.

Cancellation Policy

All commitment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Services offered at Lashes by Sophia, Inc. are primarily by appointment. Therefore, last minute rescheduling can have a negative impact on our lash artist. It also takes away the opportunity for other potential clients to schedule an appointment. Consequently, all commitment fees are also non-transferable. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment by text or email. Any cancellations made within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of your service as a cancellation fee. Any clients that are a NO SHOW for their appointment will be required to pay for services up front for ALL future appointments prior to coming in for their appointment.
